Large covered patio seats 6 with more sitting areas around the pool. TV's in Grand and Master with wireless internet. 5-8-2020 - at this time, there is only room for 1 car in the 2 car garage. RV garage is NOT available.
Lake Havasu City is located on what is known as the “West Coast of Arizona,” three hours driving time west of Phoenix, 2½ hours south of Las Vegas and four to five east of the Los Angeles region. Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY.
A deposit is required at the time of booking by credit card. You may also send a cashiers’ check or personal check within 5 days after booking the reservation.
WINTER CANCELLATION - NOVEMBER ~ MARCH: No refunds on cancellations requested 60 days or less from our arrival date. All other cancellations will incur a 15% fee on funds paid.
SUMMER CANCELLATION - APRIL ~ OCTOBER: Guest who cancels at least 30 days before check in will get back 100% of funds paid. If you cancel between 14-30 days before check in, you will get back 50% of funds paid. Otherwise, no funds returned.
Deposit Policy
Deposit is $500.00 to $1,500.00 depending on property. This is fully refunded after inspection of home if no damages to home or items in the home and returned within 15 days.
