This amazing 3 bed 2 bath home has everything you need for your cozy home away from home. Every room including on the outside patio has large nice smart tvs with wifi provided. For any grill master there is a black stone flat top and BBQ, while everyone else can be relaxing in the pool, playing some corn hole, putting on the putting green or warming up by the fire. Plenty of parking for all of your toys including covered boat/rv parking with locking gate.
This home sleeps 6 comfortably with Maximum guests of - 8.

Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY.
A deposit is required at the time of booking by credit card. You may also send a cashiers’ check or personal check within 5 days after booking the reservation.
WINTER CANCELLATION - NOVEMBER ~ MARCH: No refunds on cancellations requested 60 days or less from our arrival date. All other cancellations will incur a 15% fee on funds paid.
SUMMER CANCELLATION - APRIL ~ OCTOBER: Guest who cancels at least 30 days before check in will get back 100% of funds paid. If you cancel between 14-30 days before check in, you will get back 50% of funds paid. Otherwise, no funds returned.
Deposit Policy
Deposit is $500.00 to $1,500.00 depending on property. This is fully refunded after inspection of home if no damages to home or items in the home and returned within 15 days.
